Flix from day 1: the ride of a lifetime

I¡¯ve been at Flix since day 1. Needless to say, it¡¯s been one hell of a ride!

I held various positions before becoming the Chief Operating Officer.

I am delighted to see how far we¡¯ve come, growing year after year. We¡¯ve had to learn and adapt in the face of various challenges along the way.

During this journey, I¡¯ve been particularly excited about the progress we¡¯ve made in sustainability, and how our focus on new technologies makes us an industry leader. 

Innovation has always been at the heart of Flix, enabling a more reliable and affordable collective transport.

We¡¯ve also managed to improve our sustainability by collaborating with diverse partners, piloting a variety of alternative fuels that further minimise the environmental impact of buses and coaches.

For example, as part of our fleet transformation strategy, we¡¯ve just started a collaboration with Scania to equip up to 50 coaches in its bus partners¡¯ fleet with technologies allowing the use of Bio-LNG, with the goal of cutting CO2 emissions by up to 80%. 

The transport sector is certainly an exciting one with so much potential. 

I look forward to continuing playing my part in advancing a more sustainable road transport.
