The coach driver¡¯s checklist is a two sided A4 sheet of tips and guidelines for Coach Drivers to follow to ensure a safe and comfortable journey. The first subsection, ¡®Are you prepared?¡¯ targets the driver¡¯s personal wellbeing: the coach driver¡¯s life as well as those of passengers and other road users depend on the alertness and reactions he/she will have in an emergency situation. The second section ¡® ¡and is everything else ready?¡¯ is a checklist pertaining to the vehicle itself as well as to the passengers: are safety belts fastened, is everything in good working order, is the vehicle¡¯s documentation complete and is the route ok for a coach? The third and final section includes safety tips for extra road safety.
