Erik ?stergaard, CEO of IRU¡¯s member in Denmark, the Danish Transport and Logistics Association (DTL), Member of IRU¡¯s Presidential Executive (Board) and Vice-President of IRU¡¯s EU Goods Transport Liaison Committee, has been awarded the Gold Order of Merit for services to the Republic of Austria by the Austrian Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen.
Conferred on only around 200 people since 1955, Mr ?stergaard received the Gold Order of Merit for his outstanding contributions to transport and logistics, and his valuable efforts to strengthen and foster cooperation between Austria and Denmark.
