ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½raises China profile ahead of One Belt, One Road summit

ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½launched its new WeChat account ¨C the most popular social media platform in China ¨C ahead of the OBOR summit.

China¡¯s biggest political event of the year, with ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½President Christian Labrot and Secretary General Umberto de Pretto attending, the summit was a platform to set-out long-term strategic initiatives to improve connectivity and enhance global trade routes.

The new WeChat platform will enhance IRU¡¯s presence and underscore the mission to bring about prosperity through unimpeded trade ¨C aligning with the One Belt, One Road objectives.

Sharing up-to-date information of IRU¡¯s activities in the region, the WeChat account will also reinforce understanding of the benefits of TIR as China prepares to roll it out.
